Digital Products (Starter Kit)

The Hot Rig Owner-Operator Starter Kit is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all Starter Kit sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, contact support@hotrig.vip and we'll resolve it immediately.

Marketplace Access

Hot Rig marketplace access — for both shippers and drivers — is free during our Houston build-out. There is no subscription fee, no trial to expire, and no recurring charge. When we introduce paid plans in the future, this section will be updated with the applicable refund terms.

Exceptions

Refunds on any Hot Rig charge may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Platform downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
• Other extenuating circumstances

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@hotrig.vip with your account details and a description of the issue. We review all requests within 2 business days.
